We went on a few tours which we booked through Erik Garcia. I spent 30 minutes making a reservation for breakfast and then was turned away. The wildlife seen on the resort added so much more to the amazing experience. One of the bathrooms had brown water, the imperial bar did not have it open due to the pandemic, although they offered it to me before booking, and in other hotels they keep them open. It’s so nice to have a coffee on the patio and watch about 25 monkeys enjoy a fruit snack. I am sorry to read that you were disappointed with some aspects of our property and its services. Do not stay at this hotel. Upon arrival they took us to a private check-in area (Royal Beach Club) worth the extra money. Ultimately, only 2 of our 3 rooms were ready which meant that we had to trek all the way back to the lobby later to get our final set of room keys. Lastly but not least important, I really appreciate your feedback regarding our tennis court, gastronomic variety and the air conditioning´s functionality in your room. We appreciated the separation of adult quiet pool areas and family areas. There were problems with restaurant reservations, one of the sales agents arranged to make the reservations, but when we got to the restaurant there were no reservations and they sent us out of the restaurant on a terrace other than the restaurant, neither the variety of food nor the Quality were the best, there were many things that the restaurants had but were not on the menu (Ex Salmon), also if we asked for another dish it was not very well. We had high expectations of the place, but there were always problems. Morning buffet was clean and delicious. For an all-inclusive resort this is one of the better ones.
